Athlete profile
Seamus combines short-hurdle development with sprint speed and high- and long-jump ability. His junior season brought a Prep 55m hurdles title, the Ranney 110m hurdles record and a share of the school’s high-jump record.
He also runs the 4×100m and 4×200m relays. Focused high-jump training with an Olympian helped him put technical adjustments into practice and achieve a breakthrough clearance.

Championship result
Seamus won the 55m hurdles in 8.29 at the NJISAA Prep A & B Indoor Track Championships, the New Jersey independent-school meet held February 10–11 at Lawrenceville. He later lowered his personal best to 8.17.
